I have been qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist since 1988 from Sheffield School of Physiotherapy.
I have had a varied career both in the NHS and Private sector working in hospital and private practice and in industry for Kelloggs, Shell and Adidas.
My main interest has always been the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions but continually draw from the vast areas of expertise studied as a Physiotherapist that cover all aspect of the medical world.
I have completed many post graduate courses and continually exceed the expected level of Professional development required by our governing body so as to provide my patients with a wide and varied choice of treatment and knowledge to help them return to full recovery.
I regularly cycle, play hockey, home HITT classes ,tap dancing, Pilates sessions and believe that a healthy body helps with a healthy mind.
I was a county squash player until 2003.
I escape from it all with walking ,gardening, cooking, skiing and and joined ‘return to hockey’ at Epsom Hockey Club at 50 years old!
